- Determines call center operational strategies.
- Develops call center systems by developing customer interaction.
- Maintains and improves call center operations by a monitoring system.
- Accomplishes call center human resource objectives by orienting, training, assigning, counselling.
- Prepares call center performance reports.
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests;
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- HSC / Honors / BBA / MBA
- 1 to 3year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Call Centre Supervision/ Management
- Age 18 to 35 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Must be Fluent in English.
- Must be Computer Literate.
- Punctual and honest in manner.
