  • Job Nature: Full Time for Day Shift or Night Shift.
Job Responsibilities
  • Determines call center operational strategies.
  • Develops call center systems by developing customer interaction.
  • Maintains and improves call center operations by a monitoring system.
  • Accomplishes call center human resource objectives by orienting, training, assigning, counselling.
  • Prepares call center performance reports.
  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests;

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • HSC / Honors / BBA / MBA
Experience Requirements
  • 1 to 3year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Call Centre Supervision/ Management
Additional Requirements
  • Age 18 to 35 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Must be Fluent in English.
  • Must be Computer Literate.
  • Punctual and honest in manner.
